Salesforce Administrator / Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Analyst to assist with system configuration, integration, deployment, flows & data, technical issues, access management, and user requests. They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement additional capabilities, integrate with apps/modules, and continuously improve user experience.

The Salesforce Administrator / Analyst will contribute to the innovation and evolution of the gig economy globally while collaborating with teams that are transforming job matching processes, job recommendations, dynamic pricing, employee retention, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, mass updates/transfers/refreshes of data, report and dashboard creation, etc.
  • Use knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud 360, Service Cloud, Lightening, and APEX.
  • Build, manage, and run flows and processes. Automate business processes and improve UI/UX.
  • Develop, maintain, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce customizations including custom fields and objects, page layouts, Lightning record pages, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Work on APEX triggers and classes, flow designer, and Lightning components.
  • Develop custom actions such as insertions, updates, and deletions.
  • Create, assign, and maintain user permissions, roles, and profiles.
  • Configure, deploy, and integrate packaged applications with 3rd-party apps and tools.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within Salesforce environment. Analyze root cause.
  • Work on data flows, data merge requests, data refreshes, and data loading.
  • Utilize Salesforce best practices, SQL, VScode/Visual Studio, Git/GitHub, DevOps tools, etc.
  • Support several internal teams across multiple business units including Sales, Customer Service, Field Operations, and Marketing. Take direction from Director of Master Data Management & Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator required. Certified Salesforce Developer I preferred (not required).
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration (Salesforce.com/SFDC). Sales Cloud & Service Cloud required.
  • Salesforce Lightning Components, Flow Designer, Flow Builder, APEX triggers & classes preferred.
  • SQL, VScode/Visual Studio, SFDX, Git/GitHub & DevOps tools preferred.
  • Staffing Industry experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in related field preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
